Orders sent to our client services department before 2 PM will be shipped out the same day. Orders sent after 2 PM will be shipped out the following day.

If you have an urgent request, just call or email us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

To submit orders, email your request to orders@biosafesolutions.com.  It’s that simple!

Yes we can, just let us know which items, the quantities of each item, the frequency you’d like them sent, and the address you want them shipped to and we will put it in our scheduling system and you can forget it.

BioSafe offers custom kit manufacturing, fulfillment, and logistics services. We also have lab supplies in stock for our customers’ convenience.

Unfortunately, BioSafe cannot be used just for shipping. While we save our customers a lot on shipping costs, they must be doing fulfillment or kitting with us to have access to logistics savings.

Yes, we can facilitate a full API integration between our NetSuite inventory management and financial system to most other financial and CRM systems.

Yes we can! Just let us know which clients and what days and preferred carrier and we will do the rest.

We do not require any long-term contracts! The only forms we require are the kitting agreement, which lays out the details of your custom kitting arrangement, and our new customer form.
